For new clients: If the first sprint doesn't meet the success criteria we define together, you don't pay for that sprint. Terms and conditions apply as specified in your MSA.
Intellectual Property
Our Content (ByteForever's IP)
Our website content, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by ByteForever and protected by intellectual property laws.
100% CODE OWNERSHIP
When we build for you, you own it. Completely. Forever.
Specific IP terms are defined in your MSA and SOW.
IP Transfer: Intellectual property ownership transfers to you progressively as deliverables are completed. Final, complete ownership vests upon final payment, at which point all IP rights are fully assigned to you without restriction.

We use industry-standard open-source libraries and frameworks with commercially-friendly licenses.

Payment Timing
- Invoices are due as specified in the agreement
- Standard terms: Net 15 or Net 30 (varies by project)
- Late payments may result in work suspension
Taxes
All fees and charges are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, etc.).
We understand circumstances vary. If you're having issues, talk to us early — we can usually find a solution.
Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. Your business information, project details, and proprietary data are protected.
Mutual Confidentiality: For service engagements, confidentiality is mutual. Both parties protect each other's confidential information. Full terms are detailed in your NDA and MSA.

Standard Duration: Our confidentiality obligations survive for three (3) years following termination of our engagement.
Trade Secrets: Trade secrets and proprietary source code remain confidential indefinitely until they become publicly available through no fault of ours.
Specific duration may be extended in your NDA or MSA as agreed.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Our Warranties
Our website is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
This disclaimer applies to the website only, not to contracted service deliverables.

30 days to resolve through direct communication, good faith effort to find a solution
Neutral third-party mediator, non-binding but often effective
Binding arbitration OR courts of competent jurisdiction in India
For International Clients: For international clients, dispute resolution venue and governing law may be specified in your MSA. We are open to mutually agreed arbitration in neutral locations (e.g., Singapore, London) or other arrangements that work for both parties.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. For service engagements, the governing law specified in your MSA applies.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ByteForever.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a right doesn't waive future enforcement.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting updates and sending email for material changes.
Survival
Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
